Site Changes -
Just here to provide some updates. I made my neocities redirect to my nekoweb. I was talking in the nekoweb Discord and I might give 11ty a shot. It's likely not gonna happen soon. The only reason I was able to build out so much these last few weeks is cause I had to make 150 of these STUPID steel parts. They took like 30 minutes each, so I had a a lot of downtime at work. Now I'm back to my normal one-off part routine.
Anyways, back to 11ty, I'd like to thank the Discord guys for recommending it. Bunch of cool and very helpful people in there. TM helped me with my sitebox some last night (that's why I'm so tired). It's using a much higher res version of Akko (the anime girl) and it looks so much better if you zoom in. Before I downscaled it a ton to fit without resizing. It should also stay snapped to the bottom right, no matter resolution! Thanks TM for reminding me bottom:; and right:; exist in CSS.
Right now, I made this journal page using the vertical tabs code from w3schools. It works, but man it's lacking some features I want, mainly being able to link to individual entires. It's also annoying to add new entires. It's not really that bad, I'm just complaining. I'll probably do a full redo of this page once I have some good downtime (really when Austin and I decide to program over a Discord call again). Expect the ability to comment on each post!! Can't wait for you guys to have an easier time commenting on my ramblings. Atabook works, but it's hard to reply.
I like this being called the journal more than blog. It doesn't make much sense to have comments on a journal, but I DON'T CARE!! MY PAGE MY RULES!!!!
I've also got some new ideas for subpages on here. Can't wait to try and figure those out!!
